How can you confirm I am getting the product I ordered with my ashes?

We take pride and care when dealing with the ashes.  All ashes are numbered when received and placed in their own container.  We only work on one family member at a time.

How do I get my ashes to you?

Once payment is received, we send you a padded envelope with postage paid and a label with our address.  

How do you ship my product?

We then return your order registered mail.

Can you make products with ‘old’ ashes?

Yes, it doesn’t matter how long ago your family member has passed.  All ashes are accepted and useable.

I have family members all around the world, can you make more than one product and ship it to different locations?

Yes, we can ship around the world.

How long does it take until I get my product?

From the time we get your ashes, the whole process takes 7 to 10 days and then it is placed in the mail.  We can do rush orders, if requested. 

Do you do the pet cremation as well ?

No we do not, however we have partnered with two Pet Crematoriums/Cemeteries in Ontario.
